Real Estate Administrator

Job Overview Reports to the Director of Real Estate Administration. Works closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and external real estate partners/vendors to ensure smooth implementation and administration of Cogent’s Real Estate agreements. Requires organization, attention to detail, and adaptability. Compensation Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year. Specific offers within this range are determined by experience, education, skills, certifications and business needs. Responsibilities Contract administration – process and route internal real estate agreements for execution, send agreements for counter execution, track until fully executed, and add to legal database; maintain relationships with Landlords and Property Managers. Collect and archive contracts, update internal databases. Prepare and send renewal notices of agreements. Maintain real estate filing system. Respond to internal and external requests for new or updated Certificates of Insurance. Handle incoming mail/email, reviewing items requiring attention. Verify and process vendor invoices for payment. Prepare various lease and colocation payment schedules. Reconcile invoices, resolve/tracking billing disputes, and other financial reporting related to Real Estate contracts. Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Contract administration experience preferred. Knowledge of real estate agreements and terms. Accounts Payable experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Dynamics GP preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Additional Information This is an in-office position.
