Position Overview
We are seeking a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is motivated to continue learning and growing.

This role is ideal for a clinician with pediatric experience who wants to be part of a team that collaborates closely, supports one another, and takes pride in the care we provide.

Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising OT
Provide evidence-based interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional independence
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
Provide caregiver education and home strategies for carryover
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Meet state supervision requirements and actively collaborate with supervising OT

Qualifications
Current Arkansas OTA license
Pediatric therapy experience preferred
Strong clinical skills working with children with a variety of diagnoses (ASD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, etc.)
Ability to collaborate effectively with supervising OT and team members
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to family-centered care
A growth mindset and desire to continue learning
