Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a NICU day shift position requiring 3+ years of experience and RRT certification.

Details

• NICU Respiratory Therapist role within the hospital's NICU RRT/CRT department
• Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
• No call requirements
• No floating required
• EPIC EMR used

Requirements

• RRT certification, graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care with an Associate degree
• Arkansas state license required, if applicable
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in NICU respiratory therapy
• PALS, ACLS, and STABLE certifications preferred
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
• No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care services to neonatal patients in the NICU
• Black scrub color required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Accepts local candidates with applicable radius-based bill rate adjustments
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are subject to local contract limitations on consecutive assignments
