Sliding Saw Operator

We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced team member to work in Production as primarily a saw operator. While you will eventually learn how to operate other equipment in the shop, your starting position and primary role will be to operate our sliding saw. Production is accomplished on site, with locally sourced materials & using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory Production team prepare & cut each job to exacting specifications and check it for accuracy and quality before it goes out to the client’s home. We will be hiring the top candidates for this position. We're seeking motivated individuals good with their hands, willing to learn, and have a strong commitment to personal development through training, education, and integrity. Job Benefits: Industry leading training in production The ability to work with cutting edge wood-working equipment Pay: $15-21/hr depending on experience. Individuals will be eligible for benefits at performance based milestones. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of woodworkers to meet/exceed Production related tasks with minimal supervision.
• Report to the Production leadership on related activities.
• Learn/master shop equipment. Train new personnel on shop equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA safety procedures & guidelines.
• Be on time.
• Communicate effectively and work as a team.
• Read/interpret production blueprints.

Qualifications for the Position:

• Sliding saw experience
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Forklift certified or ability to become qualified
