Full Job Description Our client is seeking a skilled Wide Format Print Operator to support their production team in a fast-paced print and graphics environment. This role will operate wide format printing equipment and work with a variety of substrates. There is long-term growth potential, with plans to transition this role into a Lead Operator position on second (swing) shift in the future. Key Responsibilities Operate wide format printing equipment in a production environment Run and monitor print jobs for quality, accuracy, and consistency Handle printing on various substrates and materials Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Maintain print schedules and production flow Ensure quality control and visual inspection of finished products Support workflow efficiency and production deadlines Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Experience as a wide format printer operator, graphics operator, or print operator (preferred) Experience running HP R2000 printer (nice to have) Familiarity with printing on different substrates (nice to have) Growth Opportunity This role is designed for advancement into a Lead Print Operator position on second (swing) shift (starting at 2:00 p.m.).
