Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU / PCU

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:00

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level nursing care on a newly opened PCU unit, with anticipated care of ICU-level patients
• Manage and monitor Med/Surg, Telemetry, PCU, and/or critical care patients across applicable units
• Maintain patient ratios of 6:1 for MS/Tele and 2:1 for Critical Care settings
• Float to MS/Tele, PCU, or critical care areas as needed based on census
• Document accurately using electronic health record systems; Cerner experience preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ICU or high-level PCU nursing
• Ability to start no later than October 20th (October 6th start date preferred)
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Background in both PCU and ICU/critical care environments
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and Med/Surg patient populations
