Housekeeping Supervisor $500 Sign-On Bonus Location Cambria Hotel & Convention Center, 1314 Texas Ave., Houston, TX 77002, USA Description We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor. As the Housekeeping Manager you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry, and housekeeping staff. You play a critical role in the property’s management team, working closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure the guest experience is flawless. You take complete ownership of the property’s cleanliness from guest rooms to public areas, driving guest service levels and maintaining high productivity standards. Responsibilities include: Coach and mentor housekeeping staff while holding them accountable. Lead onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for the housekeeping department. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance standards across guest rooms and public areas. Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to meet guest expectations and property goals. Model professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for training and productivity. Maintain a calm, focused presence during busy, stressful periods. Qualifications Experience: Leadership role in hotels, hospitals, or multi‑unit housing as a Housekeeping or Cleaning Supervisor, with a strong focus on quality and detail. Excellent communication skills, outgoing and professional. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and integrity. Proactive and motivated to lead teams to success.
