Job Title: RRT NICU Profession: Respiratory Therapy Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Duration: Seasonal - Travel Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of current NICU RRT experience License: NBRC Certification Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP Must-Have: Candidates must have Level III NICU experience. Candidates must have pediatric experience. Description: This is a temporary position for an experienced Respiratory Therapist in the NICU. The role includes providing respiratory care to patients in a critical care environment. Responsibilities may involve airway management and ventilator management. Support for emergency department cases may also be required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and providers. Experience with ventilators and a range of respiratory care equipment is critical. Additional critical care and pediatric ICU experience is preferred. Candidates familiar with electronic medical record systems are encouraged to apply. Patient care experience remains a primary focus in this role. The unit is equipped with advanced technology and a skilled team dedicated to providing high-quality care.
