Care Coordinator

Care Coordinator - Large Senior Living Community We are seeking an outstanding Care Coordinator to join our team at a large senior living community in South Jordan. This role works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care. The Care Coordinator will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines, ensuring staff follows health care guidelines. Job Description Our Care Coordinator works closely under the Health and Wellness Director and Memory Care Director to plan resident care. You will oversee operations at the community and monitor resident health routines. Some of your duties will include overseeing health care administration and staff management, as well as ensuring staff members follow health care guidelines. Responsibilities Hire, train, lead and mentor CNAs and Caregivers Assure team is in compliance with regulations governing resident care Create schedules and approve timecards Qualifications Previous experience of at least 2 years as a caregiver in Assisted Living Management/Leadership experience of at least 2 years Scheduling experience strongly preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Competitive wage Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off program, holidays, 401(k) and more A growing company with opportunities for advancement Company sponsored training, tuition reimbursement, and other learning opportunities Free meals each shift Flexible schedules available.
