People Ops Launch & Learning Architect

Via Transportation, Inc. is hiring a People Operations Associate to serve as the operational backbone of Via's People function. You will build HR infrastructure for new markets, own onboarding and local compliance, and travel to go-live sites to support launches. You’ll also lead learning and development for field teams and drive automation across HR operations.
