About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days M-F Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years, with at least one year in Home Health within the last two years. License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS certification Must-Have: - EMR experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) strongly preferred. - Candidates may not have been directly employed by any associated facility within the past year. - A copy of a government-issued ID is needed to validate the legal name for submission. Description: Profiles will be sent directly for consideration. Candidates must provide two supervisor references from the role submitted for review. One reference should be within the last 12 months and one within the last three years. RN travelers typically assist with start of cares, resumption of cares, recertifications, and daily visits. The typical productivity expectation is one start of care and three revisit visits per day. Clinicians will be given assistance to keep visits fairly close together. Mileage will not be billable and is included in the rate. The schedule requires one weekend commitment every four weeks. The shift is Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
