Senior Tax Manager (Chicago)

I'm partnered with a large global financial services company located in Chicago who are seeking a Senior Tax Manager .

This role is ideal for candidates who:

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and liaise with external firm on US international income tax compliance (including items like GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, FTC)
• Prepare and liaise regarding federal/state income tax compliance for partnerships
• Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance
• High-level review of indirect tax (VAT/GST and use tax)
• Drive tax process improvement initiatives

Role Requirements:

• 6-15+ years of relevant tax experience
• Experience with US international tax
• Strong partnership tax background
• Ability and willingness to support a variety of tax topics
