Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our well-equipped surgical center located in Fort Worth, Texas. Working Monday through Thursday, with minimal hours on Fridays, you will benefit from a balanced lifestyle without weekend hours or excessive on-call demands. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the supervising physician to deliver coordinated patient care, performing initial assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage with an internal support team to ensure a seamless patient experience from initial consultation through treatment and follow-up.
• Once you have completed your training, you will manage your own patient caseload, providing continued care for a variety of dermatological conditions.
• Assist in procedural services, including minor surgical interventions, and perform comprehensive post-operative follow-ups to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and innovative techniques in dermatological care.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Glowing Skin, our patient population is diverse, ranging from children to adults seeking treatment for common dermatological concerns such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers. We also cater to those interested in cosmetic procedures for skin enhancement, such as Botox and fillers. Patients are treated with a focus on comfort, education, and care, creating a setting where they feel valued and understood.

Qualifications

• Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dermatology or relevant clinical setting, showcasing familiarity with common dermatological conditions and treatments.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating superb communication skills and a commitment to collaborative care.
• A strong dedication to delivering high-quality patient care, coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in performing and assisting with dermatological surgeries, as well as conducting thorough post-operative assessments.
• Commitment to adhering to scheduled working hours and office policies.

Preferred Experience

While experience in dermatology is essential, additional certifications in cosmetic procedures or surgical assistance will be highly regarded. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, as it enhances efficiency in patient care documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 120,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
