Trauma Program Manager

Your future role at a glance Location: Nashville, TN Facility: Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown Department: Trauma Schedule: Day Shift | Full-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Demonstrates core organizational values, sets clear expectations, coaches staff for professional growth, and guides teams through shifting priorities. Supervises Trauma Clinical Program staff, drives performance improvement initiatives, and ensures compliant billing practices for activation charges. Monitors and adheres strictly to all local, regional, state, and national trauma program regulations and clinical care standards. Directs the routine review and revision of all trauma policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines at least every three years. Manages all preparation, documentation, and operational readiness for HFC trauma designation verification visits. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. One or more of the following: Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross Accepted. Required if working in adult critical care setting. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
