Position: Psychiatrist Part-time Hybrid, Flexible Hours

Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our team on a hybrid schedule with flexible hours. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, including evaluations, medication management, and therapy sessions. You will work closely with our team of therapists and support staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans for each patient.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide medication management and prescribe appropriate medications
• Conduct therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss patient progress and treatment plans
• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of psychiatry and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of patient care

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
• Valid GA state medical license
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience providing psychiatric care
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorders and their treatment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning
