Urgent Care Physician - Flexible Schedule

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Urgent Care Physician to join our growing team in Roseburg, Oregon. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a welcoming community.

Position Overview:

Provide high-quality care in a busy, well-equipped urgent care clinic

Clinic hours: Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Rotating shifts shared across a supportive clinical team

Treat a wide variety of acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent concerns

Streamlined documentation with modern EMR

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary of $289,239, with bonus potential for wRVUs exceeding 5,419

Requirements:

MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. medical school

Board certified or board eligible in Urgent Care or Family Medicine

Active, unrestricted medical license in Oregon or ability to obtain

Strong clinical judgment and comfort with a broad scope of urgent care cases
