We serve clients across Bryan-College Station and the surrounding areas, offering services like companionship, personal care, transportation, and more. Among our standard clients, we’re proud to work with the Veterans Administration to serve our Veterans. We also offer specialized care programs for people living with dementia, as well as families in need of backup childcare. Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing exceptional home care services, preserving the dignity, independence, and safety of our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to create strong, comfortable connections with our clients, ensuring they receive the best care. Key Responsibilities: Provide companionship and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation. Establish strong connections for better care. Collaborate with the team to ensure clients receive compassionate, top-quality care and support. Take the initiative in meeting the unique needs of clients and their families. Qualifications: You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Passion for providing excellent care and support to individuals in need. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections with clients and their families. Compassion and empathy for the dignity and independence of our clients. Experience in caregiving or a related field. (2+ years) Bonus If You: Hold a relevant certification in a related area (CNA, CMA, etc).
