Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Location: 2533 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23223
Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment. This is a hands-on position for someone who works accurately, stays organized, and enjoys being part of a reliable team.

Daily Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders
Prepare products and pallets for shipment
Process outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and web-based systems
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
Verify quantities and check products for damage
Assist with inventory counts and record accuracy
Report shipping or inventory discrepancies
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Help the warehouse team complete daily priorities

Pay and Benefits

$20–$22 per hour, based on experience

Work Hours

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Lunch: 12:00–1:00 PM daily
