- Own and evolve recruiting metrics (quality of hire, time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve outcomes
- Build dashboards and insights to inform executive decision-making
- Research, evaluate and recommend AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows
- Leverage AI and data to improve sourcing precision, speed, and candidate quality
- Establish best practices for ethical, compliant, and effective AI usage in hiring
- 8+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in high-growth, complex environments
- Proven success hiring technical and specialized talent, at all levels
- Advanced sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into action
- Experience influencing stakeholders, at all levels, and driving alignment
- Experience with modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred)

- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient/Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
