Qualified candidates will possess the following:

·      Represents The Connor Group as the face and voice of the company, greeting callers and lobby visitors with warmth, confidence, and executive presence.

·      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, professionally, and concisely.

·      Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative, reception, or front-desk role.

·      Highly organized and dependable with outstanding customer service.

·      Stays calm, discreet, and professional when resolving conflicts, de-escalating difficult callers, or managing unexpected visitors.
