If you are a hard worker and a dependable person, please apply!Join the team at our brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Casa Grande, AZ.In a general production position with EFP, you will perform packer job functions while inspecting for quality and packaging the product following established work instructions.Key duties include:Removing finished parts from machinesMaintaining and following the operating procedures of machineryInspecting parts for quality, such as fill, fusion, post-expansion, etc.Identifying the proper packaging container and ensuring the packaged container is properly labeledMaintaining accurate counts per containerPerforming plant clean-up operationsCompleting any required paperworkParticipating in the required 5S/PPS activitiesOther duties as assignedShift hours:1st Shift7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.2nd Shift3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.Qualifications:Basic math skills, including counting, adding, and subtractingAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of timeAbility to use hands and fingers to assemble partsAbility to lift, carry, and push up to 20 poundsAbility to pull up to 15 poundsFrequent squatting, kneeling, bending, and stoopingCompany overview:An industry leader in providing practical solutions to foam molding and fabrication, EFP has a diversified product offering and serves the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical, automotive, recreational vehicle, appliance, plumbing, consumer goods, and building and construction industries.
