Overview: Job Posting: SAS Administrator Location : Cambridge, MA We are hiring a SAS Administrator to manage and support SAS platforms hosted on AWS. The role involves day-to-day SAS administration, troubleshooting SAS Studio and server issues, and supporting SAS Viya environments running on Kubernetes . Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on SAS Administration (access management, SAS Studio transactions, server troubleshooting)
- AWS Workspaces + SAS integration experience
- SAS Viya on Kubernetes (monitoring, support, troubleshooting)
- Strong Linux/Unix & CLI skills (user permissions, storage access, server monitoring)
- Pharma / Life Sciences domain experience - must
- Experience with SAS upgrades, hotfixes, SSL/license renewals
- Good understanding of SDLC, change management, compliance documentation
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Flexible for shifts and occasional weekend patching support
