Programmer/Analyst – Software Developer

Location: remote

Compensation: $60 - $85/ hour depending on experience

Candidates do not need experience with every technology listed below but should have a strong foundation in modern application development and a willingness to learn new technologies.

• C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Blazor, MVC, Razor Pages, or modern web application frameworks
• JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development
• SQL Server, T-SQL, and relational database design
• REST APIs, web services, and application integrations
• Microsoft Azure and cloud-native application development
• Git, Azure DevOps, and source control best practices
• CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
• Containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes exposure preferred)
• Geospatial and GIS technologies
• ESRI ArcGIS platform and related tools
• Spatial databases and geospatial data processing
• Mapping, imagery, surveying, infrastructure, or location-based applications
• Python scripting and automation
• AI-assisted development tools and AI-enabled application features
• Automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
• Agile software development methodologies
