What You'll Do
- Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans through exercises, massage, and gait/balance training
- Document patient progress accurately and report findings to the supervising physical therapist
- Support patient recovery through therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Help educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and programs
What You Need
- Valid PTA license in Texas
- Prior experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow therapy protocols and documentation requirements
