Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Mill Machine Operator who is eager to learn and grow within our aerospace and defense manufacturing facilities. This position involves operating CNC machines, with training available for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3, 4, & 5 axis vertical and horizontal CNC Mills.
• Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications, and interpret GD&T.
• Use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• Perform basic math, geometry, and trigonometry calculations.
• Set up machines by installing pallets, vises, tombstones, and fixtures.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience running or operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Basic math, geometry, and trigonometry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Aluminum/Defense work.
• Familiarity with 5 axis CNC Mill - Makino Mag 3 Machines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
