Compensation
- Guaranteed minimum weekly pay: $1,440
- Opportunity to earn more based on miles, stops, and overnights
Additional Earnings Opportunities:
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Safe Driving Bonus – up to $3,200 annually
- No scheduled weekends
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) with company participation
- PTO accrual up to 128 hours (16 days) annually
- 6 paid holidays , including 1 floating holiday
- Safety footwear reimbursement
- Pet Perks: Employee discount on pet food and supplies
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional delivery routes
- Deliver pet food and supplies to independent pet retailers
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery locations
- Offload product using a pallet jack or hand truck
- Lift and move products up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance records
- Valid Class A CDL
- Valid DOT Medical Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Experience operating lift gates preferred
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screening, MVR, and background check
- Strong customer service and communication skills
