Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer needs thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner through walk-ins, phone, and email.
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Field and resolve customer issues and questions.
• Perform inside sales duties as needed while utilizing consultative selling skills.
• Establish, develop, and service new customer accounts.
• Provide quotes to customers and accurately process customer orders.
• Schedule product deliveries and communicate delivery details to customers.
• Order inventory for replenishment as needed.
• Perform accurate order entry and maintain attention to detail.
• Operate in a safe manner and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Support the Supply Center Team in achieving overall business unit goals and objectives.
• Follow and execute additional direction provided by the Branch Manager to support organizational goals and objectives.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment with demonstrated success in customer-facing interactions preferred.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with the building industry is a plus, but not required.

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Education:

• College degree preferred.

• Ability to meet role-specific physical and lifting requirements as needed by the Supply Center.
• Ability to work safely in a facility where forklifts and other equipment are present.
• Must follow established safety standards and wear company-issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including extreme cold and extreme heat.
• Comfortable regularly using company communication tools, including computers, cell phones, and printers.

Note: Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM : 3:30 PM) Language Requirement: Spanish and English fluency required
