Youth Resource Navigator: LGBTQ+ & Housing Access

Howard Brown Health1 in Chicago is seeking a Resource Advocate to coordinate daily resource linkage services and provide youth-centered support to LGBTQ youth, youth experiencing homelessness, and street-based youth at Broadway Youth Center. You will perform 1:1 case management, link to housing, health services, and life-skills programs within daily DROP-IN and scheduled appointments. You will work within harm-reduction, anti-oppression, and youth development frameworks to improve LGBTQ #J-18808-Ljbffr Howard Brown
