Assembly Team Member

Who are we looking for? Are you a detail-oriented team player with a passion for hands-on technical work? Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Team Member, where you’ll be responsible for building highquality wire harnesses used in cutting-edge applications. This role requires precision, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Read and interpret wire harness assembly diagrams and layout boards. Cut, strip, crimp, solder, route, and secure wires according to design specifications. Label and insert harnesses into appropriate protective tubing (e.g., heat shrink, sleeving). Perform various types of taping (spiral, full, end) using approved materials. Inspect solder joints, crimps, and assemblies for defects. Conduct continuity and functional testing using specialized testing equipment. Document testing results and report any deviations or anomalies. Maintain a clean, organized work area in alignment with 5S methodology. Operate semi-automated tools such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and ultrasonic splicing machines. Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure high-quality output. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent hand-eye coordination. Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs. Preferred Prior experience in wire harness or electronics assembly. Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. Proficiency with measuring tools and documentation software (e.g., MS Office). Key Competencies Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
