Travel Nurse RN - Dialysis - $2,300 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Dialysis for a travel nursing job in Mauston, Wisconsin.

Job Description & Requirements

Assist providers with patient-related needs before, during, and after hemodialysis care, making sure their needs have been met in a timely, efficient, and caring manor.
Triage and set up extra care at other facilities for the patients.
Obtain lab specimens, perform lab competencies and quality controls on a regular basis.
Attend daily huddles, monthly meetings and participates in daily clinical decision making.
Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor, Director and/or Providers.

Two-year degree in nursing required. Four-year degree in nursing preferred.
Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
BLS certification required.
Minimum of 9 months clinical nursing experience, and 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical dialysis care
