Key duties involve assessing patient health status, analyzing data, prioritizing needs, triaging patients, and evaluating emergencies to implement appropriate interventions. The role includes providing health education, administering medications, and executing delegated medical tasks such as IV therapy, all while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The nurse facilitates coordinated care, manages patient populations for optimal resource utilization, and advocates for patients. Building rapport with patients, responding to their needs, and maintaining compliance with safety policies are essential components. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of one year of RN experience. Graduation from an accredited RN program with supervised clinical hours. High School Diploma or GED required. Valid RN license and Basic Life Support certification within three months of hire.
