Airport Survey Interviewer We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, go‑getter to conduct surveys with travelers at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Responsibilities Approach visitors in designated waiting areas and invite them to participate in the survey. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all responses. Follow project protocols and sampling guidelines to achieve survey targets. Report on field conditions and respondent feedback to supervisors. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging travelers from diverse backgrounds. Reliable, punctual, able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness when recording survey responses. Professionalism in following protocols, schedules, and airport security requirements. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a busy airport environment. Basic proficiency with iPads or other digital devices for survey administration. Problem‑solving skills and solution‑oriented mindset when facing unexpected challenges. Pass a background check to secure a sterile area badge and CBP seal for gate access. Location & Schedule Work is conducted primarily in gate areas at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport. Expect standing and walking for most of each shift and frequent interaction with travelers in crowded spaces. Shifts are on weekdays, approximately five days per month, each lasting 4–5 hours. Compensation & Benefits $20 per hour. Parking expenses reimbursed. Paid training provided.
