Come join a growing organization where your leadership and expertise will make a meaningful impact every day!Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Contents Manager to lead all aspects of contents restoration services for residential and commercial property losses. The Contents Manager is responsible for assessing, documenting, packing, cleaning, storing and returning customers' personal belongings following water, fire, mold and other property damage events. The Contents Manager will oversee contents technicians, ensure quality standards are met and provide exceptional service during challenging times for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage contents restoration projects from initial assessment through final delivery and pack-backDocument, inventory, photograph and track customer belongings for restoration and insurance purposesCoordinate the packing, transportation, storage, cleaning and restoration of contentsMaintain accurate job documentation, inventory records and project updatesCommunicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, vendors and internal teamsEnsure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule and with a high level of customer satisfactionQualificationsPrior experience in contents restoration, disaster restoration, cleaning services, moving and storage or related fieldStrong leadership, organization and problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesExperience with inventory management and documentation systems is preferredAbility to lift, move and transport contents as requiredBenefitsBase Salary ($70K-$80K)CommissionBonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with MatchPaid Time Off
