SUMMARY

Hayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator in which is responsible for the coordination of the Social Service functions of the residents at St. Louis, MO properties. The Service Coordinator plays a critical role to support assisted housing as a platform for financial security, physical security, social connections, and the delivery of long-term community based supportive services. This includes oversight of the daily social services operation, community collaborations, development of future programs, statistical and program reporting, monitoring of program funding and reporting requirements.

A valid driver's license along with state required insurance and vehicle are required to travel from one property to the next for this position.

• Connect residents with community resources and supportive services.
• Build relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate resident programs, educational workshops, and community events.
• Assist residents in accessing benefits, transportation, healthcare, financial assistance, and other valuable resources.
• Support resident independence while helping create a welcoming, engaged community.
• Maintain service records, referrals, and program documentation. 

• Has a passion for helping people.
• Builds strong relationships and communicates with compassion.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Enjoys working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or underserved populations.
• Has experience in social services, case management, supportive housing, resident services, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).

What we offer:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch each day.
