Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associate to join our event marketing and fundraising team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and nonprofit fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at events, retail locations, community events, and other public venues.

• Engage directly with the public and communicate campaign goals in a clear, professional, and enthusiastic manner.

• Educate potential donors and supporters about fundraising initiatives and encourage participation.

• Build positive relationships with customers, donors, event attendees, and community members.

• Assist with event setup, promotion, coordination, and execution.

• Meet individual and team performance goals.

• Track customer or donor interactions and provide feedback to management.

• Participate in training sessions focused on marketing, communication, sales, leadership, and fundraising.

• Work collaboratively with team members to improve campaign results and the overall event experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or recent graduation is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with people in person and working in a public-facing environment.

• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, or events is helpful but not required.

Work Environment
