Classification: OT or PT

Shift Detail: 8A-5P

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Shift/Workdays: 8A-5P

Weekend: 2 Weekend shifts a month

Call Requirements: To be discussed during interview

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs.

Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years +

Unit Specifics:

Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m.

Must work two weekend shifts a month will have day off during the week

Documentation system: Meditech

Floating policy: As needed

Hiring profile Requested Skill Set:

Must have: In-Patient Rehab and/or hospital experience

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: 2-3 Years of experience in Rehab and/or acute hospital. Bilingual (English & Spanish) NDT or brain injury certifications

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: Active OT License no Temp License allowed

Procedures performed on unit: In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments

Dress Code:

Scrub Color: PT/OT: Sage green/olive scrub top, black scrub pant, sage green scrub jacket. White or black undershirts only

Nail Policy: Clean and Healthy

Hair: Hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed

Tattoos: Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually

Piercings: Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
