Assistant Store Manager

Sales Associate Position

We are looking for outgoing, energetic, positive salespeople to accurately represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Proactively building loyalty and long term relationships with customers
Maintaining a clean and organized salon
Cleaning tanning beds and equipment
Cash handling, opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Train and develop sales associates

Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent
Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
Customer service experience
Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals
Proven customer service experience
Polished professional appearance
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and organization
Ability to stand, bend, walk for 8 hours per day
