About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Admissions to lead the strategic management of senior and executive-level admissions representatives and market-specific relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating demand and conversion, maintaining relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities within existing markets. This role involves achieving company goals for each vertical, as well as targets and objectives related to existing campus operations. The VP of Admissions will also be tasked with managing and developing the admissions team, with a primary focus on new student recruitment and revenue opportunities, and will serve as a customer escalation point of contact within the enrollment services group. Candidates for the VP of Admissions position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, or a related field, or at least 5 years of industry-related experience, including 3 years in upper management. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persistent and positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The VP will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. A Master's degree and advanced knowledge of Google Suite are preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the industry, with extensive knowledge of its principles, procedures, and best practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
