Full-Cycle Recruiter
Our client is growing fast and looking for a hands-on recruiter who can build the talent engine behind a mission-driven healthcare technology company. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves sourcing, calling, connecting with people, and helping a growing organization attract the talent needed to improve healthcare communication and patient access.

Compensation : $75,000 - $135,000 DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build sourcing strategies to attract strong candidates across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills, experience, and alignment
- Maintain recruiting records, ATS activity, and stakeholder update
- Promote the employer brand through outreach, networking, and candidate engagement
- Proactively call, message, and connect with candidates to sell the role and company
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in the tech or healthcare sector
- IT recruiting experience highly preferred
- Ability to work independently with little day-to-day supervision
- Comfort making outbound calls and actively engaging passive candidates
- Experience using an ATS or recruiting software; Workable experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
