Position Overview Virtua Urgent Care – Full‑time physician, 40 hours per week, on‑site location at 75 S. White Horse Pike, Hammonton, New Jersey. Employees are required to be flexible and willing to travel between locations as needed. Work Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00a.m. to 8:45p.m. Weekends & Holidays: 9:00a.m. to 4:45p.m. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Provide efficient, patient‑centered urgent care services for individuals 6months and older. Deliver an outstanding patient experience and build trust within the community. Collaborate with a network that includes advanced diagnostic services, outpatient surgery, physical therapy, wellness centers, hospital‑based care, and long‑term care settings. Compensation Starting base salary of $292,200.00 per year, with compensation commensurate with experience, internal equity, and market alignment. Eligible for a productivity‑based incentive bonus per employment agreement.
