Salary: $74,000 - 114,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience; administration experience does not count toward this requirement.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on development experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ACLs, and REST API integrations.
• Development experience with ServiceNow ITSM, SecOps, and/or GRC/IRM.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Professional application development experience covering coding, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Systems analysis experience, including requirements analysis, technical specifications, and solution design.

• Design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Write JavaScript using ServiceNow and Glide APIs, and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Create workflows and automations with Flow Designer.
• Build Service Catalog items, forms, approvals, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Build and support solutions across ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM.
• Develop solutions using CMDB data and integrations.
• Analyze requirements and prepare technical designs and specifications.
• Troubleshoot code, integrations, workflows, and application defects.
• Take part in testing, upgrades, releases, and production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge with others.
