This role ensures accurate specimen collection, maintains patient confidentiality, and follows all safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric patients)Process and prepare specimens for testingMaintain accurate records and documentationProvide excellent customer service and patient supportFollow safety, quality, and compliance proceduresWork independently while meeting daily productivity goalsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (required); 1+ year preferredStrong phlebotomy skillsKeyboard/data entry proficiencyExcellent communication and customer service skillsMedical Assistant, Paramedic, or Phlebotomy certification preferred (state requirements apply)Flexible to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed
