Shift Leader

Position Overview As an Einstein Bros. Bagels Shift Leader, you will work in a fun, friendly environment with full support from leadership. Shifts run from 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering flexible 4–8 hour increments. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and/or the store manager. Compensation is $10.00 per hour, with additional $1–5 per hour from a tip pool and a free meal for each shift. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Interact with guests in an upbeat manner at the register or sandwich station. Be punctual, attentive to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, reliable, and honest. Create a fun and friendly atmosphere that promotes teamwork and "Awesomeness". Maintain a neat and clean appearance. Follow food safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions. Be a team player. Qualifications & Skills Excellent customer service skills. Dependability: follow schedule and arrive on time. Reliable transportation; note: the bus stop is right in front of the store. Requirements Ability to stand for long periods of time.
