Veterinary Client Service Representative CanyonVet Canyon Lake – Canyon Lake, TX (Full-time) About You You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary clinic or animal hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience. The success of your patients’ care matters to you, and your success matters to us. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple lines efficiently. Process payments, invoices, and maintain accurate client records. Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow-ups. Coordinate appointments for veterinary services, boarding, grooming, and daycare. Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Assist in checking pets in and out for appointments, boarding, and grooming. Provide excellent client education and service at every interaction. Qualifications Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred). Strong communication and multitasking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments. Basic computer skills; experience with veterinary software is a plus.
