Wound and Hyperbaric Advanced Practice Provider

PRN position covering multiple locations

About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider in wound and hyperbaric medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

• Cover for providers who are out on vacation or CME
• Will provide coverage in any of the following locations - Salt Lake Valley, Park City/Heber City or Utah County
• Clinics are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Will provider both Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine

What you'll bring:

• APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one

• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process

• We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time
