Position Overview
As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Employee Health, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services in a patient-focused setting. This role allows you to practice independently while working within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational health evaluations and treatment
- Diagnose and manage acute and episodic conditions
- Prescribe medications and appropriate therapies
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport
Compensation & Benefits
