Position Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in Employee Health, you will provide comprehensive occupational health services in a patient-focused setting. This role allows you to practice independently while working within a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational health evaluations and treatment
  • Diagnose and manage acute and episodic conditions
  • Prescribe medications and appropriate therapies
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
  • Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians

Qualifications

  • Active Washington State Nurse Practitioner license
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care, or ER preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport
