A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

• Provides excellent customer service
• Prepares and merchandises the floral department
• Designs and assembles floral arrangements for the department and by customer request
• Receives, stock and prices product for retail sale
• Runs cash register efficiently and is responsible for accurate daily sales transactions
• Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
• Other duties as needed or required
• Keeps up on industry trends, standards, and changes
• Supports and follows all company and department policies
• Supports and follows sustainability programs
• Supports and follows all safety and security policies
• Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
• Operates within the Company's Core Values and Company Brand

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .

• General interest and knowledge of flowers and plants
• Must be able to work with fresh flowers, plants, dried flowers, decorative plants, glue and other floral design products
• Ability to take direction and carry out department tasks and assignments
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• 18 years or older

Entry Level Compensation

USD $18.40/Hr.

Maximum Compensation

USD $26.15/Hr.
