Overview We are currently seeking an experienced .NET Developer with expertise in Blazor and C# to join our dynamic team. Job Location: Remote, however you will be expected to come into the office on occasion. Must be in Greater Tampa Florida area. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, Blazor, and C#. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications. Lead development efforts in creating well-structured Blazor components and integrating them with various back-end services. Conduct performance tuning and code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code. Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and promoting best practices. Contribute to architectural decisions and actively participate in Agile development cycles. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure robust testing and seamless integration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience working with .NET and C#. Proficient in ASP.NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with version control systems like Git. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and team collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. Hands-on experience with Blazor is preferred.
