WALK-IN RECRUITMENT CENTER

• Location: 4699 N. State Road 7, Ste J1, Tamarac, FL 33319
• Interview Hours: Monday through Friday | 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM (No appointment needed)
• Open Door Policy: Our Tamarac center welcomes healthcare professionals visiting our office. If you or a colleague hold active Florida nursing or allied health credentials, stop by during walk-in hours to connect directly with our clinical coordination team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care across home health, assisted living, and memory care settings
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and mobility support
• Execute safe patient transfers using proper body mechanics, gait belts, and Hoyer lifts
• Assist with self-administered medications pursuant to Florida guidelines
• Maintain precise, timely clinical notes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Provide dignified support for clients in palliative and hospice care

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Active Florida CNA Certificate or 40/75-Hour HHA Certificate
• Experience in home healthcare, geriatrics, memory care, or assisted living
• Strong understanding of HIPAA standards and Florida home care regulations
• Physical ability to manage patient transfers and routine caregiving demands

MANDATORY PRE-HIRE CHECKLIST

• Current, unexpired Florida Driver's License
• Original Work Authorization (Social Security Card, US Passport, Green Card, or EAD)
• Active Auto Liability Insurance card or policy declarations page
• Current State Vehicle Registration

1. State Clearance & Health Records

• AHCA Level 2 Background Screening clearinghouse letter or TCN tracking number
• Physical Examination Statement signed by an MD, DO, PA, or ARNP within the last 6 months confirming "free from communicable disease"
• Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance (PPD/QuantiFERON within 12 months or clear chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Current Hands-on CPR / BLS Card (AHA, Red Cross, or CAPCE-accredited)

1. Florida-Mandated Training Certificates

• 1-Hour HIV/AIDS Certificate (F.S. 381.0035)
• 1-Hour Alzheimer's & Dementia (ADRD) Certificate (F.S. 430.5025)
• Annual OSHA / Bloodborne Pathogens / Infection Control Certificate
• Annual HIPAA and Patient Rights Compliance Certificate
• 2-Hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medications Certificate (F.S. 400.488)

1. Payroll and Onboarding

• Updated Professional Resume
• 2 Professional Healthcare References (supervisor names and phone numbers)
• Direct Deposit Authorization (voided check or bank account verification letter)
