About the Opportunity
The Weatherspoon Agency is hiring customer-service-minded professionals for a remote benefits role focused on helping clients understand available options and receive support through a structured appointment process.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, answering questions, staying organized, and developing professionally.
No prior insurance experience is required for qualified candidates.

- Connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Provide clear answers to client questions
